公司成立于1964年，注册地为青海省海东市乐都区，在省会西宁市设有办事机构，总部设在上海市嘉定区江桥镇西郊总部经济慧创聚集区内。公司属国有企业性质，隶属于青海省地质矿产勘查开发局第八地质矿产勘查院管辖。
公司持有国家建筑业地基基础工程专业承包壹级资质，隧道工程专业承包贰级资质，地质灾害治理工程甲级施工资质，环境工程勘察、设计、评估等资质。公司现有员工200余人，其中一级注册建造师16名，二级注册建造师24名，其它各类高、中级技术人员70余名。公司在上海、江苏、北京、天津、武汉、成都、合肥等地设有分公司或办事机构，主要从事地基基础工程施工（如钻孔灌注桩、预制管桩、预制方桩等各类桩基础施工）；地基基础围护工程施工（如地下连续墙、深层搅拌桩、SMW工法、土钉墙等工艺施工）；地质灾害治理（如危岩体治理、滑坡治理、边坡锚固、土地整理、矿山恢复等工程施工）。涉及的服务领域有建筑、市政、铁路桥梁、工矿厂房、农业建设、围海造田等。公司成立50余年来，在上世纪90年代的浦东大开发的浪潮中，跻身于上海，在地基基础工程施工方面得到了迅速发展。

2010年公司通过了ISO9000、ISO14000、OHSAS18000三个体系的认证，并于2015年获得“企业信用评价AAA级信用企业”。

The company was founded in 1964, registered in Ledu district, Haidong, Qinghai Province, it has a working body in Xining, the capital of the Province, and sets its head office in the Headquarters Economy Huichuang Collection area, in western suburb, Jiangqiao Town, Jiading District, Shanghai. The company is a state-owned enterprise, affiliated to the Eighth Geology Mineral Exploration Department of Geology Mineral Exploration Development Bureau of Qinghai Province.
The company holds the Grade One specialized contract qualification on national building industry ground foundation basic engineering, and posses Grade Two specialized contract qualification on tunnel engineering, Class A construction qualification of project for prevention and control of geohazard, exploration, design and evaluation qualification of project for prevention and control of geohazard, etc.. Now the company has more than 200 employees, among which 1st class registered construction engineers of 16 persons, 2nd class registered construction engineers of 24 persons, other kinds of high and middle class technicians of more than 70 persons. The company set branches or working bodies in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Beijing, Tianjing, Wuhan, Hefei and other cities, mainly takes part in constructions on foundation basic project (like cast-in-situ bored pile, precast tubular pile, precast square pile and all kinds of pile foundation construction); construction on basic foundation enclosure engineering (like soil nailing wall, underground diaphragm wall, deep mixed pile, SMW construction method and other craft construction); management of geological disaster (like dangerous rock mass control, landslide control, slope anchoring, land consolidation, mine recovery and other projects construction. The service scope it involved includes construction, municipal administration, railway and bridge, industrial workshop, agricultural building, farmland made from sea and so on. During more than 50 years since its foundation, in the tide of Pudong development in last century 90s, the company got rapid development on the foundation basic engineering construction in Shanghai.
